This website
- It sets no cookies. The only thing saved in your browser is whether you closed the cookie notice.
- It runs no analytics or advertising tools.
- It collects no messages or forms. Product questions go to each product's own site.
- It is served over HTTPS and hosted on Vercel.
pingtype
- Each client has its own login, web address and data.
- Two-factor sign-in, and an audit log of every change.
- API tokens can be read-only or read and write, and can be revoked at any time.
- Daily backups kept for 30 days, then monthly backups for 12 months.
- Workspaces can request a data export and a full erasure.

- Hosted by Vultr in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
- Case content is encrypted, and each case key is sealed with the customer organization's public key.
- Data in transit uses TLS 1.3, and encrypted case data stays encrypted in backups.
- Role-based access with logged access, and a hash-chained audit log.
