Who we are

This website is run by Trackfinity Ltd. ("Trackfinity", "we", "us"), a company with its registered office at Premiere Business Centre, Suite 1, Level 2, Constitution Street, MOSTA, MST 1750, Malta. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

To contact us about privacy, or to use any of the rights described below, email [email protected].

What we collect

  • Technical data: your IP address and basic request details, which our hosting provider records in server logs to run and secure the site.
  • Cookie notice: if you close the cookie notice, your browser remembers that on your device so we do not show it again.

This website does not currently collect messages or forms, and we do not run analytics or advertising tools on it.

Why we use it

  • To keep the website secure and working. This is our legitimate interest.

We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, we do not sell personal data, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

We use service providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel Inc. hosts the website. Some of its systems are outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where that applies, we rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Server logs are kept for the short period set by our hosting provider.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of your personal data,
  • correct it or delete it,
  • restrict or object to how we use it,
  • send it to you in a portable format.

Complaints

Contact us first and we will try to fix the problem. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority, for example the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta, the AEPD in Spain or the ICO in the United Kingdom.

Other websites

Our home page links to our products, including pingtype.com and lineaanonima.com, and they may link elsewhere. Each has its own privacy policy, which applies when you use it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
